We started operations in 2004, as a team of independent software developers, to cater to the untapped and starving Cooperative Sector of Punjab to automate the system and improve the processes. Our first software developed was Commission Agent Solution after that we developed a software Cooperative Society Solution for cooperative societies of punjab with the guidance by Deputy Registrar of Cooperative societies, District Shri Muktsar Sahib - Pb.

First society that was automated and completed the audit process through computerised system was The Khuian Sarwar MP Cass Ltd., then in District Ferozepur with increasing demands for the solution, we switched to a formal business model and launched our company under the brand name Meharsoft Technologies in 2006.

Meharsoft Technologies is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified company that understands the grave importance of the cooperative and agricultural sector. Meharsoft acts as a pontoon between the cooperative, agro sector and the IT Industry by providing computer software solutions. We have designed a solution using advanced computer technology for the entire cooperative sector.

At present we provide our services to 3000 different cooperative bodies in 6 states, namely Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Bihar. Backed by our 15 years of domain expertise we have built a groundbreaking FinCoop ERP solution that’s designed to provide online solutions for primary to apex level institutions. It is enabled with common accounting system and abides by the NABARD guidelines. Furthermore, it can be easily integrated with any CBS banking platform. We feel delighted by serving the rural areas where we help enable their cooperative sectors to provide better services to the members and lead their businesses to greater heights.
